I can honestly say that I was 100% against anything like this happening to me.

I did not take any part in any negotiations regarding a financial package to leave work.

​

I made it clear to Barry Coleman of ACAS that I would never enter into negotiations which involved me being made unemployed!

It was that very Monday when a lie of a statement became legally binding upon me!

​

So who's fault is it?
